I am sick , just some symptoms of a common cold,but these days because of the swine flue pandemic, and several cases of swine flu have been found in LA, California, so everyone in my family is so paranoid, asking me a lots of questions, like do you have cough, do you have fever??..
and eventually I am getting confused whether i have flu or a cold,
okay, I have runny nose, mild fever, mild coughing, sneezing alot, I feel sleepy in the afternoon, but no body-fatigue syndrome,
so cold or flu?????? AHHHHHHHh

I went to valley fair the other day, and dropped by Lush store, Lush is the fresh homemade cosmetics with all organic,natural ingredients, no animal tested, I asked the cashier if I can take some pictures of these handmade soap, looks pretty yummi to me with all the different shape and style ,

if you happen to travel to Northern California, the first place where the Northern Californian suggest is San Francisco,( with all of the hype about Golden gate bridge, Fisherman Wharf, Lombard street), ..
The funny thing is : even though I live in Northern California, but I am not familiar with all the locations, all the streets, and have no idea where to hang around or have fun in the city. so just want to inform you ahead of time that I am not a good tour guide , lolz

anyway, below are some pictures I took in SF,

forgot what it's called, when I first saw it, It looked so familiar to me like I have seen this place before, back when i was in Vietnam, and then thank goodness to my good memory, my brother had his wedding pictures taken here, a very nice place for any special events,

and here is the Lombard st that people talked about, the most one block steep , twisty, winding st in the world

grilled salmon, hmm, yummi

well, i enjoy cooking, but I enjoy taking pictures of food even more,
i am off today, no work, no stress, mom bought me a slice of salmon, she loves me so she knows I love salmon, (if you love me, you will also know that I love salmon , lolz ),
with some teriyaki sauce, some brown sugar, some olive oil , let the salmon sit in the mixture of the seasoning for 2 hours, and you are ready for the grill

and here is my final , reddish brown salmon, look yummi huh?? :) :)

my small corner

recently i slept on the couch, surfing internet and doing everything on this small table
let me introduce : my teddy bear, a cute ipod, cellular phone holder
and there, a small, special cup of tea, a gift I received from my so at Japanese tea garden in San Francisco
my rubik cube ,as you can see, i am halfway to complete it, ( the two bottom layers are done)
my sudoku book
and the last, but not least, my outdated 3 and a half -year old laptop which I am thinking to replace it with another one, still undecided, any idea???
